    Study on resistance to chloride ion erosion of SFRLC

    • In the offshore hydrology environment, the concrete underground structure and the foundation of the important building usually need to face the medium and strong corrosion of the water quality of the underground water. It is very important to improve the acid and alkali resistance of the concrete structure. Based on the strength grade (LC20, LC30, LC40, LC50), the volume fraction of steel fiber (0%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%), erosion system, chloride concentration (the concentration of NaCl is 3%, 7%) as the test parameters, the effect of SFRLC on the damage degree of different factors are studied. According to the erosion law, the chlorine ion erosion model of SFRLC is established, and the mechanism of SFRLC resistance to chloride ion erosion is analyzed. According to the test results and the law of performance attenuation of chloride ion, the life prediction and evaluation model of SFRLC is put forward, which is of theoretical significance.
