    尾矿充填模袋界面摩擦性能试验研究

    • 摘要: 模袋法这一新型的筑坝工艺是用来解决传统上游法细粒尾矿堆坝难的问题。但目前对其力学性能的理论与试验研究还有待进一步完善,本文采用与某矿山工程施工现场一样的土工布和尾砂,通过对固结一定天数的模袋体及一定压实度的尾砂与土工布进行界面摩擦直剪试验研究。摩擦性能试验表明:对于不同压实度的尾砂与土工布界面摩擦试验和不同充填度的模袋体界面摩擦试验,压实度和填充度越大,其界面摩擦角越大;由于土工布和尾砂的共同作用,模袋的抗剪强度远大于单纯的尾砂抗剪强度,为研究尾矿充填模袋筑坝抗剪强度稳定性提供指导。

       

      Abstract: The mold bag method, as new dam construction technology, is used to solve the problem of dam upstream of fine-grained tailings. However, the theoretical and experimental researches on the mechanical properties are still needed to be further improved. The geotextile and tailings used in this paper are the same as that in a mine project. The interfacial friction direct shear studies of the consolidation of a certain number of days of the mold bag body and a certain degree of compaction of tailings with geotextile are carried out. The results of the friction test show that in the interface friction tests of different tailings with different compaction and geotextiles and the mold bag body with different filling degrees, the larger the degree of compaction and filling, the larger the interface friction angle. Due to the common function of the cloth and the tailings, the shear strength of the mold bag is much greater than that of the tailing shear strength. The results may provide guidance for examining the stability of the shear strength of the tailings filling mold bag.
