    纳米石墨粉红黏土改良机理试验研究

    An experimental study of the improving mechanical properties of the nano graphite powder red clay

    • 摘要: 为了探寻纳米石墨粉对区域性红黏土的改良机理, 利用TSZ-1型三轴试验仪进行正交试验设计, 选用扫描电镜法对试样进行微观结构测试, 采用单因素方差分析法分析了纳米石墨粉掺量对红黏土力学特性的敏感性, 试验结果表明:纳米石墨粉掺量是改良红黏土抗剪强度参数的显著性影响因素;改良红黏土的主应力差与轴向应变曲线之间整体呈双曲线关系, 具有明显峰值应力, 表现为应变硬化特征;改良红黏土的抗剪强度可采用线性的Mohr-Coulomb准则来描述;内摩擦角参数表现为随着纳米石墨粉掺量增大基本保持不变, 而黏聚力参数具有随掺量的增加先增加后减小的特性;纳米石墨粉对红黏土改良的宏观力学性质, 与其对红黏土孔隙结构的影响及红黏土矿物颗粒的黏附胶结密切相关。

       

      Abstract: The mechanism of nano graphite powder (NGP) on improving the mechanical properties of the Guilin red clay is investigated in the laboratory with CU triaxial experiments. A series of orthogonal shear tests are conducted with the TSZ-1 triaxial apparatus. SEM is used to test the microstructure of the samples. Variance and range methods are applied to analyze the sensitivity of each factor that affects the influences on the mechanical characteristics of the modified red clay. The test results show that the NGP content is the main factor affecting the mechanical characteristics of the modified red clay, while the normal stress and the dry density are the minor factors. The normal stress difference against the axial strain curve for the modified red clay shows an overall hyperbola relationship, with the obvious peak stress, but shows the strain hardening behaviors. The shear strength of the modified red clay has a good linear relation with the normal stress, which can be described with the linear Mohr-Coulomb Criterion. With the increasing NGP content, the internal friction angle φ remains basically unchanged, while the cohesion increases firstly and then decreases. The presenting mechanical properties of the NGP-red clay is closely related to the effect of the NGP on the pore structure of red clay and the particle adhesion and cementation.
